Main purpose of the role:To work within the Operations team and to provide support to the two Resourcing Advisors with Business Services recruitment in London and Bristol. To assist with arranging interviews and meetings and in managing the online application system. To provide administrative assistance throughout the complete recruitment process within the wider operations team.Main duties and responsibilities:??? Supporting end to end recruitment cycle for Business Services staff, including ensuring timely and effective administration of the CVMail database e.g. forwarding applications, adding vacancies, moving candidates through the various stages online and logging interviews and feedback. ??? Co-ordinating candidate interviews for Business Services candidates. ??? Day to day co-ordination of pre-employment screening process, liaising with our outsourced suppliers.??? Reporting key management information requirements, i.e. running reports on key metrics, including time to hire, agency performance and weekly pipeline reports.??? Establishing and maintaining good relationships with agencies and direct hire candidates.??? Processing recruitment invoices, including agency fees, recruitment bonuses and other recruitment related expenses relating to Business Services recruitment.??? Assisting with organising the new joiner offer, induction and integration processes, including collating offer packs and arranging new joiner induction and on-boarding meetings. ??? Assisting with processing all work permit and visa applications.??? Arranging preferred recruitment supplier, meetings, briefings and quarterly engagement events. ??? Taking an active role in Resourcing and other projects as required, including ERP implementation and assessment process review. ??? Taking an active role in the operations team working collaboratively and assisting on tasks and Projects as required. ??? Any other tasks as reasonably required by the Resourcing Manager or HR Director.Person specificationEducation / qualifications / experience:??? Educated to degree level or equivalent or currently studying at degree level.??? Ideally previous experience in a Recruitment or HR related role. Knowledge and technical skills:??? Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.??? Previous experience of recruitment databases ideal but not essential.??? Willingness to use software packages that are unfamiliar.??? Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive HR issues.
