Spring Technology is currently recruiting a Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity) for our client, a multi award-winning developer of highly advanced and innovative, cyber security solutions. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Scotland's most exciting software businesses.

The role: Technical Account Manager - Cybersecurity
In this role you'll be responsible for managing the relationship with external customers, ensuring our client's customers are delighted with the exceptional service they're receiving. You'll use your strong security and technical experience in combination with a service-first focussed approach to ensure that customers continue to use our client's products and receive added value and insight. This will include acting as the conduit between the customer's on-going needs and our client's ability to deliver to their product upgrades or additional services to meet their needs. A key member of the team, you'll be involved across a number of stages of the client process; from initially performing analysis, supporting pre-sales, product alignment, implementation, and then post delivery customer management.

Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the sales team with pre-sales technical support
* Demonstrating our client's product suite to potential customers
* Managing the onboarding of new customers and successful implementations
* Developing a strong understanding of customer's data, IP, and security polices
* Helping to define internal system polices to ensure they deliver successful implementation of customer security policies
* Providing excellent customer service
* Maintaining ongoing relationship and contact with customers and key stakeholders
* Managing ongoing customer strategy and annual renewal process
* Delivering training

Your skills and experience will include:

Essential:
* Experience within cybersecurity and IT security market
* Strong background in the definition, implementation, and management of security policies across an organisation
* Cloud computing experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident problem solver, able to think on your feet and an approach a solution from different angles
* Customer facing experience
* Experience engaging with a variety of teams including sales, product, engineering, and support

Desirable:
* Previous experience in delivering training
* Any experience of working a product focused delivery environment
