Software Administrator - Basingstoke
I'm looking for a software administrator for a leading IT services client based in Basingstoke. The Software Administration functions and assists with aspects of the Software renewals team as and when required.
Key Responsibilities;
- Assist software renewals team by accurately booking in orders daily
- Send out software order fulfillment and confirmation emails to clients and account managers
- Assist software renewals team in other admin tasks to help facilitate the efficient functioning of the team.
- Achieve SLA's set by management
Ideal candidate;
- Experience and Skills
- Experience working with a VAR, Reseller or Distributor
- Software admin/renewals experience (desirable)
- Working knowledge of Vendor Install Base Reports
- Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook, Visio
Salary on offer is GBP18k-20k + bonus + benefits
