Support Analyst/Application Support South Wales up to GBP28,000 pa

IntaPeople are working with a leading IT Solutions company based in South Wales to help grow their expanding support team. The Support Analyst will be responsible for the operational support of multiple large-scale customer solutions and applications.
Working as part of dynamic team you will ideally come a support/service desk background with a relevant degree in a technical discipline. The role does not involve any coding or programming but an ability to read and understand code will be essential for the role.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who has started their career in support and would like to move on to a new challenge and develop a new set of skills.
Essential:
*Ability to read and modify code written in VB.NET and C#
*Good knowledge of Active Directory/Windows based Servers
*Strong customer service skills
*Ability to work independently, on multiple projects at the same time, in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
*Strong writing and speaking abilities, necessary to explain technical issues in a clear and compelling manner to various levels of technical and business audience
Desirable:
*Experience with Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager
*Relevant degree or equivalent
*Microsoft Professional certifications
