General Manager - Leisure Centre - Wellington

Our client is one of the leading leisure facility operators in the South West. They are currently looking to recruit am General Manager for their Mid sized site in Wellington. Role summary To manage the facility/ies in accordance with our clients agreed strategy, policies and processes. Maximising participation and customer satisfaction, by embracing the organisations` values, brand image and by offering a creative, comprehensive programme of activities, catering for the whole community. To provide inspirational leadership to facility/ies staff The ideal candidate must have a minnimum of 2 years General Management experience of a Mid sized multi use sports/leisure facility. You must be commercially and operationally astute and have the ability and experinece of managing large teams.
