Roles & Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of relationships with multi-site operators and their teams as well as sole trader resellers
- Ability to progress new accounts from first enquiry to fully fledged resellers
- Optimising stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment
- Driving engagement through promotions and offers, POS and marketing materials
- Sharing best practise to optimise customer experience and maximise sales
- Supporting and liaising with Field Sales colleagues
- Achieving targets and progressing accounts through status levels
- Occasional visits to outlets will be required as well as attendance at trade shows and events

Person Specification
- Ability to learn about rapidly evolving and technical product range.
- Experienced in communicating technical and best practice service methods
- Professional, confident, personable attitude
- Desire to deliver a professional and supportive service
- Able to work well in a team or alone
- Able to quickly establish excellent working relationships
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, time management and administrative skills
- Commercially aware
- Full driving licence.
