Gocompare are currently looking for an enthusiastic and creative eCRM Executive to assist with the delivery of their customer contact strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer centric mind set and a passion for marketing to join a fast paced and energetic team.

Experience Required

* Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing experience
* Creative flair for customer communications, predominantly email
* Knowledge and understanding of a range of digital marketing channels
* Awareness of customer segmentation and Datamodelling techniques
* The ability to interpret and analyse data and reporting for continuous test and learn strategies
* Experience of using campaign management systems
* A confident and proactive approach to work, working both within a team and individually

Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of an area of the customer journey, producing consistent test and learn strategies optimising campaign metrics
* Take ownership of full end-to-end campaign management from creative design, content and delivery, providing recommendations for strategy improvements
* Assist with the overall delivery of the customer contact strategy
* Support customer modelling and segmentation to improve campaign targeting
* Support in the delivery of new customer communication channels

Key Interfaces

* Work closely with the internal design team, product managers, key marketing channels and wider business functions to ensure successful delivery of targeted communications
* Liaise with Compliance & Legal to ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements
* Work with external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of all customer communications
