£85-£130 per day.

The successful applicant will:

• Have QTS.
• Be sympathetic to the Church of England school ethos.
• Have experience with year 6 children up to and during their SAT year.
• Be committed to achieving high standards of teaching and learning for all.
• Be motivated, positive and dynamic.
• Be willing to be fully involved in the life of the school community.
• Have excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparation of the national curriculum.
• This year 6 teaching position will involve you taking over the classroom as a complete member of the team.
• The school has been performing very strongly in the key stage 2 SATs over the last 5 years and the school are hopeful of finding a member of staff with the drive to maintain this record.
• Providing engaging and interactive lessons.
• Communicating with parents and carers over pupils, progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents evenings and whole school training events.
