Contact Centre Team Leader (Full Time)
Connect Assist provides dedicated helplines, digital services and Consultancy services to Charity, Third Sector and Public Sector organisations.
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and motivational Team Leader who will be responsible for the performance of a team of Customer Service Advisors.
Reporting into the Contact Centre Manager, you will play an integral part in the success of the call centre operation.
This is a demanding role in a 24/7 Contact Centre. You will take on the day to day management of a key customer account, Monday – Friday, for a leading National Charity.
You will also be required to help support the night and weekend staff with safeguarding.

• Great attention to detail and quality assurance
• Outstanding customer service skills in an empathic manner
• Strong team work and excellent people management skills
• Mental health experience is essential
Please Note:
• Counselling diploma or experience as an approved Social Worker is essential
