Property Support Officer (Voids and Disrepair)
Liverpool
Salary: VH Scale 3 - 4 (£16,060- £18,706)
12 Months Fixed Term Contract – 35 hours per week
Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Property Support Officer on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the organisation’s Responsive Repairs Service and be part of the Property Services Department. The role will involve you inputting void information on to the Orchard Void Management system as well as the correlation of disrepair documentation. The Property Support Officer role will involve you ensuring that all the required documentation required during an up to handover is delivered in a timely manner, liaising with external contractors and allocations teams across the organisation.
The post would suit an enthusiastic individual with knowledge of the void process. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
