Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Derby office. Lettings or sales experience is essential for this role and the successful candidate will have a proven track record and will be a hard working, self motivated and well spoken individual who has an impetus to earn money.
If you are organised with great communication skills, have sales or lettings experience and a passion for the residential property industry, estate agency and the property market, this opportunity could be for you!??
Duties & Responsibilities:??
??? Responding to telephone, website leads and using internal software
??? Conducting viewings with applicants
??? Negotiating and closing deals with landlords and prospective tenants
??? Market appraisals and business development
??? Keeping in regular contact with all current landlords and potential clients, updating records accordingly
??? Providing excellent customer service at all times
??
This position has an opportunity to earn high commissions in a fun environment and offers opportunities for advancement.??You will be met with a basic salary plus commission and a generous bonus structure. OTE ??25k PA+
The hours are 9am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and one in two Saturdays 11am - 3pm.??
