Job Description:
We are a growing business based in Malta, that's focused on developing and licensing MMOGs and other browser-based online games for the major games companies operating in the fast growing browser games market.

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic young individual to work behind the scenes and get first-hand experience in games development as a Junior QA Tester.

Job Aim
As a Junior QA Tester your main responsibility is to execute functionality tests for game features and components, verifying they got implemented according to specifications and enter found defects into the database.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual functionality testing of new/existing features and components
• Creating and maintaining Testplans and other test relevant documentation
• Entering detected defects into the bug database following the department-wide reporting standards
• Providing constructive and qualitative feedback to developers, also helping with reproducing issues
• Regression and rechecks of code changes / bug fixes
• Informing the Test Manager about test progress and issues

General Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to familiarize with new projects and feature elements quickly
• Skilled in using MS Windows and Office Suite
• Computer hardware proficiency
• Knowledge of different technologies including mobile/online gaming
