SALARY: GBP24,000 to GBP25,000

Our client is a passenger transport company which operates numerous bus services across East & West Sussex, Brighton and Surrey. The company also has a small fleet of luxury coaches which are used for private hire. We are now seeking a Customer Care Service Manager to oversee a small team based in Worthing.

THE ROLE: We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Care Service Manager, who will be required to guide and support our client's busy Customer Service desk. You will hold a strong and proven track record in the Customer Service sector. Experience in the transport industry and/or knowledge of bus timetables would be an advantage.


THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for this Customer Care Service Manager position will require a strong experience in a customer service environment, together with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience dealing with complaints would be a strong desirable as you will be required to take overall responsibility for the Customer Service desk.


Key experience essential for the role:
  • Proved Customer Service track record
  • Previous experience of dealing with complaints
  • Management experience would be desirable
  • Exposure to the transport would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to commute to Worthing
