An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a fantastic company based in Kettering, Northampton.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to help develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. If this is your forte, we want to hear from you.

You will be wholly responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the company both in the United Kingdom, Ireland and overseas. This will include managing the online elements of the marketing mix to integrate with offline (print, PR etc.) and liaising with other internal departments to ensure the implementation of the digital marketing plan is coordinated, aligned, and consistent and meets business objectives.

Essential Skills, Interests and competencies required for a Digital Marketing Executive;
* Excellent communication skills
* Up to date knowledge of new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Good Social Media knowledge and experience
* Confidence to present to individuals and groups both face to face and using online webinar tools
* Highly creative and able to identify target audiences to devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
* Excellent organisational and planning skills with ability to manage own work and meet deadlines
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to work alone and in a team.

Work Activities
Plan and execute all web, SEO/PPC, email, social media and online advertising campaigns
Develop, penetrate and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn etc.
Devise strategies to attract and drive online traffic to the website. Where required improve the usability, accessibility, content and design of the website to optimise user experience and drive conversion rates

An integrated approach to service management that will meet the ever changing needs of your organisation

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPI's whilst assessing return on investment.
Recommend and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
Evaluate customer experience across all digital marketing channels and evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Report and review digital marketing activities on a regular basis with the Marketing Manager and Corporate Development Director
Innovate creative growth strategies using emerging technologies within budget
Liaise with colleagues in order to keep up to date on the developments being worked on within all departments of the Company.
Any other tasks as required to meet the needs of the role
