The Guildford Education Partnership is seeking permanent position in Guildford from January 2017
Premises Manager
£23,573-£27,814 FTE
Providing leadership of premises teams across two schools in Guildford (Kings College & Sandfield).
You will be a strong premises officer, with experience in site maintenance, people management, cost control, project management and administration (incl Word & EXCEL skills). Working alongside other Premises Managers within the academy, you will:
- Plan for and supervise the maintenance of our buildings and sites to agreed standards and cost
- Manage the premises team in each school
- Drive for better value in all maintenance expenditure
- Fulfil health & safety responsibilities including statutory inspections, fire risk assessments, asbestos management
- Manage and provide coverage in operating site security systems
