Operations Manager - Tewkesbury
The Company
The company manages the bedside entertainment and communications terminals for patients in 10 hospitals throughout England covering 3,500 active beds.
The Position
We need an experienced manager to control our hospital sites, the Head office and warehouse site in Tewkesbury, Glocs. and field based engineering personnel.
You will be responsible for HR Management, Health and Safety, Telecoms, Customer Service, Logistics management and remote site operational efficiency.
The position is based in Tewkesbury, Glocs. and will involve frequent travel to sites
The Person
We need someone used to taking on full responsibility for a wide range of functions within a small organisation. You will need Telecommunications experience, knowledge of Excel and some accounting knowledge would be desirable.
You need to be able to organise, communicate and report accurately and in a timely manner.
You need to be experienced in managing teams remotely
Strong verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills will be required
