Customer Care Representative
The role will be working on 12 hour shifts, days and nights, between 7 & 7. 4 days on 4 days off.
- They need to have a car to get them to the office during awkward hours where public transport may not run. They are part of a small team and therefore we need someone who is very reliable.
- They must live local to Reading

This role will be working on a contract basis on a 6 month rolling contract. This role is working for a leading Telecoms company and offers a great opportunity to work for a globally recognised brand.

This opportunity is working on a 12 hour shift basis, 4 days on 4 days off.

All applicants must be located within commutable distance of Reading. All applicants must have an EU passport or Valid UK Visa.
Role:

Taking calls and emails from end customers regarding faults on their network (predominantly within fixed-line/optical transmission networks)

Log all tickets on the trouble ticketing system for engineers to pick-up and start the fault resolution.

Ensure tickets are responded to within the set SLAs agreed between our client and the end customers.
