I am recruiting for an experienced resolutions officer to join a highly successful financial services firm in Aylesbury. You will join the Customer Services department, and manage all escalated complaints in line with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
Your responsibilities:
I am recruiting for an experienced resolutions officer to join a highly successful financial services firm in Aylesbury. You will join the Customer Services department, and manage all escalated complaints in line with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
Your responsibilities:
- You will act as the escalated point of contact for customer complaints. You will manage these complaints in line with FCA guidelines.
- You will work with Operational areas within the business to ensure all customer facing staff and manager are aware of complaint management requirements and procedures
- You will assist in putting together a monthly and year-to-date complaint report
- You will assist in putting together a monthly summary email for the management team that highlights points of customer dissatisfaction, providing case studies so that we can improve our service
- You must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs/equivalent grade A*-C including Maths and English
- Prior experience within a Complaints Management position
- Experience within a Financial Services OR Pensions firm
