New opportunity not to be missed! NET LED Lighting has an opportunity for a Service Excellence Manager to join their team based in Cambridge. We are offering the successful candidate a competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 dependant on experience per annum plus excellent benefits including BUPA Healthcare and pension.
NET LED Lighting is a manufacturers' distributor for a range of commercial LED Lighting solutions and supplies products nationally to UK wholesalers. NET LED employs over 30 members of staff including a dedicated team of regional account managers and logistics personnel to ensure that it can achieve outstanding customer service.
We are now looking for an experienced Service Excellence Manager to lead our team of Customer Service and Technical Support specialists providing a first class customer service and support to our internal and external customers.
This is an office based role where your main focus will be to manage the customer service and technical support aspects of our business, whilst providing customer support to our Distribution Partners and our field-based Account Managers.
The Service Excellence Manager Role:
- Providing first hand first class customer service for customers, with a calm, helpful and friendly approach
- Responding to inbound technical calls, queries and complaints
- Administering and Processing customer returns and debits
- Problem solving customer requirements in varied and sometimes challenging situations
- Managing and Leading other customer facing departments including; Lighting Design, Technical Support and QA.
Skills required to become our Service Excellence Manager:
- Good standard education; including strong literacy and PC skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- First class customer service focus
- Able to be negotiate a compromise in difficult circumstances
- Able to develop excellent product knowledge
- Team player, Influential, Commercially aware
- Positive and polite demeanour
