This young, fast growing company in UK and overseas markets designs and manufactures a range of unique cases and accessories for mobile devices which have already grown into an established e-commerce brand.

Position Overview
To help drive the company's growth and ambition, they are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to work very closely with and lead the existing marketing team and on a day to day basis, and be solely responsible for all aspects of the company's marketing.

The Marketing Manager will be an essential member of their small team, developing new product ideas, crafting strategies and brand experiences that tell their story out in the market, and growing awareness and building demand in UK and key overseas markets, although this is normally unlikely to require overseas travel.

The ideal candidate will be both strategic and executional in nature, and should already have experience in delivering brand management, product marketing and fast-growth strategies. With particular emphasis on native digital marketing skills which drive e-commerce, you should also ideally have a broad range of communications experience necessary for retail website development and management.

The successful candidate will need to show competence in outsourcing marketing tasks for maximum effectiveness, appointing and managing relevant agencies.

Above all, you should have a real passion for the technology, as well as the fashion and trends in their market and love coming to work everyday.

Education and Experience
- Ideally business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Likely to be currently working in a senior marketing role, with at least 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies, ideally related to consumer e commerce and digital marketing
- Technical marketing skills, especially in the use of PR, email marketing, social media and SEO
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant product and industry knowledge which might include fashion, gadgets, phone accessories generally, or consumer electronics
- Experience with relevant software applications

Salary
The remuneration package is flexible to suit the experience and needs of the individual, circa £35,000 plus productivity bonus.
