What’s the job about?

We’re looking for super-friendly people who are brimming with energy and enthusiasm for technology to join our brilliant Customer Care team in Bredbury.

They are the voices of a leading telecommunications company, serving their customers in the UK and around the world. They are the ones people turn to for technical advice, account queries, to check a bill or for something completely random.

All you’ll need is a strong customer service background, a good general knowledge of IT and a willingness to learn.

A few things you’ll need…

• You’ll ideally have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers
• You will have experience of working in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment
• You will need to have a good understanding of Internet, broadband, supported CPE (modems, terminal adapters, routers, etc...) mail clients, web browsers, FTP and computer operating systems
• You’ll be great at problem solving, leaving the customer happy each and every time.
• You must have the ability to manage time wisely to meet call handle time and work with targets
• You will have experience of working effectively as part of a team and have clear focus on team performance.

Our operating hours are 7am-11pm, Monday to Sunday. You’ll cover a variety of rotational shifts between these hours, and we’ll do our best to match your preferences to fit around you.
