Pastry Chef- Excellent opportunity

My client, an award winning restaurant and hotel based in one of South Cornwall's most picturesque fishing ports with stunning views are seeking a Pasty Chef de partie to join their team. The operation has been shortlisted for various awards recently and it's culinary reviews and reputation are going from strength to strength. You will will have a proven track record in at least 2AA rosette background in pastry and have excellent patisserie skills. We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who is passionate, creative, innovative and has an eye for detail. Live in accomoodation is available,which is a 10 minute walk from work and a fantastic starting salary is being offered along with the opportunity to work with a forward thinking and progressive kitchen brigade.
