An opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic team in a role which supports the growth of our property portfolio, and various schemes across the city which include the development of houses, flats and bungalows.
The Development Manager would be responsible for the day to day management of multi-million pound regeneration and new build projects, including planning, site investigation works, programming and risk management processes, while also managing the co-ordination of all key stakeholders of regeneration projects funded through the Nottingham City Council/Nottingham City Homes, Demolition, and New Build programme.
We would love to hear from you if you have great communication skills, passion for the job and a great work ethic. To be successful you must have trade/ building skills, experience of utilising ‘building for life' principles along with proven experience of writing briefs and tender documents.
