Production Engineer

My client is a leading name in their industry who are looking to recruit production engineers to join their operation in Colwick.

All levels will be considered for the role with a training matrix being provided for the least experienced which will move the basic salary from c£17,200 up to c£24,500.

The role will follow a continental shift pattern but this comes with a shift allowance of c£3,000 on top of your basic salary.

The role will involve:

• 100% hands on role, supporting the manufacturing of the company's core product
• Reporting concerns about safety, quality or breakdowns to the team leader
• Ensure health and safety conditions are adhered to at all times
• Carrying out operations that are specific to the assigned unit

Experience required

• The ability to read technical drawings
• English and Maths GCSEs
• Understanding of manufacturing principles
