Responsibilities:
- Processing inbound calls and emails
- Demonstrating excellent listening skills and rapport building with customers
- Promoting first call/email resolution
- Providing informative advice and guidance to customers
- Adhering to individual service level agreements
- Updating the company CRM system
Skills/experience required:
- Previous experience working within financial services is highly advantageous
- Experience within an office based customer service/contact centre environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Good prioritisation skills within a fast paced environment
