Mediplacements is recruiting on behalf of a leading private hospital based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Our client is looking to welcome a highly experienced Scrub nurse or Practitioner into their close knit multidisciplinary team. The hospital is well equipped with modern apparatuses, to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will take on various caseloads, supervising junior staff in the delivery of care; through providing clinical support such as training, mentorship and educational courses to meet development needs and maintain standards. You will responsible for planning, assessing and implementing care as part of a collaborative programme.
Requirements:
??????Diploma/Degree in Nursing
??????Current NMC Registration
??????Demonstrable post qualification experience as a scrub nurse or practitioner
??????Excellent communicator with a flexible approach
