Opus are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Administartor to join our team working from our Bristol HQ. This role would suit someone who has an attention to detail and is very well organised. You would need to be able to work well under pressure and handle a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate would be someone with previous experience from working in a similar role however it isn't essential as full training will be provided.

  • Creates, processes and sends all contract and perm invoices
  • Creates, processes and sends all credit notes and expenses
  • Processes and monitors all timesheets for accurate publication of Contract Billings
  • Calculates commission to hand over to payroll
  • Monitors and keeps PO system up to date
  • Uploads customer and supplier invoices onto Sage - Perm, Contract, Client, Contractor
  • Supports with Transaction Reconciliation - monthly, weekly and supplier payment runs
  • Assists with the credit control
  • Manages accounts payable helpdesk for all accounts related issues
  • Create the monthly payment run ensuring the given information is correct
  • User of HSBC.NET - Upload monthly payment run
  • User of HSBC Business Banking to pay weekly payment runs and supplier payment runs
  • Runs and maintains a variety of different spread sheets to monitor financial and contractor information
  • Maintenance of filing invoices - Contract/Perm/PO's
