Our client based in Gloucester Business Park are currently seeking enthusiastic, conscientious and motivated Administration Assistants!

Based in a modern, busy thriving office with a very much team focused culture, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing in house documentation and involved in reporting to clients and solicitors.

This exciting company is currently through a vast expansion and this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and progress a career within legal conveyancing!

Experience/Skills

The successful candidate must have a GCSE pass at grade C or above in English and Maths and will:

Have at least 1yrs experience of working within an administrative team and either a law qualification or 1 year with a legal organisation

Be competent with operating basic IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook

Have a high level of attention to detail

Possess excellent interpersonal skills

Be driven to deliver all tasks in a timely manner

Hours

Full time (35 hours) Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
