A Nursery Manager job in Cirencetser paying ??22,000 - ??25,000 (plus shares available in the nursery) responsible for the day-to-day running of a small, family feel nursery.

Your new company
This small family run nursery prides itself on providing a home from home environment. They divide the age groups into different rooms to enable focused learning for their age. The nursery is based in a great location in Cirencester and plenty of on road parking. Due to a maternity leave there is a permanent role for a nursery manager to start at the beginning of March.

Your new role
You'll work as the manager of a small team where you will be responsible for not only managing registers and parent relationships but your main role will be to lead the team and act as a role model to the impressionable practitioners within the rooms. You'll be given the responsibility to promote the nursery to encourage an increase in numbers particularly in the pre-school room. You will be supported and mentored by the owner of the nursery who will work alongside you one day a week.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role within an Early Years setting will lead to your success. This can be from experience as a deputy manager or as a current manager looking for a new challenge. You will ideally have a track record of leading a team and managing the day-to-day activities of a nursery. You will have a level 3 qualification in a childcare related diploma and ideally a management qualification and/or an EY degree. Your organisation skills and passion for leading and getting results will help you to succeed in this role.

You'll receive the training and support you require to settle into this nurseries routine through the owner and nursery team who will support you in your early days to settle in.
