Brite Services are recruiting for a Billing Administrator with advanced Excel knowledge to join a busy, friendly team for a long term temporary role. The offices are based at temple quay and the company provide free parking to its staff. In return for being a Billing Administrator you will receive an excellent rate of pay, free car parking, increased holiday entitlement (once you have passed the initial 3 months period) and use of the company facilities at this award winning national company.

Our client is an award winning electricity business which provides the highest quality of service and receives the Government's Charter Mark scheme accolade every year. It is a well established company with over 7 million customers covering the South West, South Wales and the Midlands.

Typical activities as a Billing Administrator will include:

* Dealing with customers via telephone and email
* Raising invoices
* Working with large volumes of data
* Collating information using Excel
* Updating databases

To be successful in securing the position of Billing Administrator you will have :

* Advanced Excel knowledge including pivot tables and V look ups is essential
* Excellent customer service skills
* Some accounts knowledge
* Experience of working within a technical environment would be useful

This is exciting role within a friendly, technical team. It would suit someone with a very methodical nature with excellent attention to detail.

Please note this is a temporary role for 6-12 months initially but could be extended for the right person
