Trainee Recruitment/Sales Consultant - Full Training

Committed to only hiring individuals with no prior experience in recruitment, it is imperative for us to provide outstanding training from Day One right through to Exec-Level. Initially, training will take place in the form of 'on-the-job' mentoring with one of the companies top billers and continue regularly throughout your career in the form of classroom-based sessions in our Business Performance Academy enabling you to develop and progress quickly.
Although a sales role, recruitment is not a pushy, hard sell but rather relies on your ability to develop, nurture and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates alike. At SmithCorp, we work within vertical markets meaning you will have the opportunity to own and build your own 'business-within the business' - your market is your market and you will not receive any negative competition with your colleagues for clients or candidates creating a great office atmosphere. Typical day-to-day duties will include:
??? Winning new business!
??? Qualifying leads
??? Finding new candidates
??? Arranging interviews
??? Negotiating your own rates/fees
??? Closing deals!
Realistically, average consultants can expect to earn between ??25-30k in their first year here, including a ??3k rise to your basic salary, however the commission is completely uncapped and exceptional consultants have earned in excess of ??40k within their first 12 months. Within 18months, you should be earning ??45k+ and taking the steps towards management, should you wish to do so.
We have had consultants earn 6 figure salaries running their very own company within the SmithCorp group within 4 years of joining us.

??? Competitive - individuals with a sporty background often make excellent consultants however a competitive streak could also apply to academic/extracurricular results.
??? Outstanding work ethic - recruitment is not a 9-5 role and we are looking for individuals keen to knuckle down in order to see results!
