My client is a branded company, they have some very successful high quality Bars and Pubs which have strong focus on wet sales with fresh produce, the pub/bar are very much a mix of wet and dry sales. They are looking for a General Manager to join this fresh and funky exciting company. The role involves working closely with a developing team and dealing with the day to day operational side of the business involving; recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards
If you are an experienced, highly creative and ambitious General Manager who has worked within a busy environment as a General Manager before and you have a real passion for great fresh food served in a great environment this could be the perfect role for you!
This is a fantastic, busy venue which is very popular in the area and will suit an experienced General Manager who is used to dealing with high turnover and has a real passion for their role!
