Internal Recruitment Assistant??18,000 + BenefitsMonday to Friday full-timeBristol outskirts (Car required)A very exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Recruiter to work for a well established international organisation. Reporting to the Recruitment Specialist, you will be part of a busy and fast paced internal HR team where you will be involved in all aspects of recruitment. Duties will include the following: CV screeningPlans Pre-Screening sessions and holds telephone interviews for applicants. Plans and conducts Skype interviews for international candidates.Communicates relevant pre-hiring criteria to potential candidates.Facilitates group interviews (including the delivery of presentations and running of group activities) and evaluates candidates.Assisting with international assessment days abroad Manages the candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (Miracle).Facilitates candidates hand-over to the scheduling department by ensuring that all appropriate documentation has been received and uploaded.Liaises with Scheduling team regarding upcoming requirements.Liaises with Training and Development team to ensure candidates are efficiently booked in for all required training prior to starting.Ensures a pool of qualified candidates available as per business requirements. Other general administrative duties as required.30% International travel required. Experience required;Working knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Word and ExcelAbility to demonstrate composure and flexibility to adapt and respond to business needs. Must have the ability to present and conduct group interviews.Experience using an Applicant Tracking SystemA strong background in recruitment including some face to face experience. Public speaking experience or presenting to groups would be of benefit
