The Person & Skills For this position you should be an enthusiastic and strong communicator who has a good understanding and knowledge of working with a P&L. You should be able to make decisions independently and know the impact of the choices you make. Ideally you will have previous experience managing a team of external field service engineersThis role will suit someone familiar with a Mechanical / Electrical product; preferably cap ex.First class approach to customer support and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.Able to set targets and lead a team to a world class performance.You should have worked alongside the sales managers to maximise growth in your area. You will be measured on margin control, service fulfilment, customer satisfaction and stock control and revenue generation. The Role You will be managing a team of 30+ Forklift service engineers as well as maintaining and building relationships with customers. You will be working within the constraints of a P&L and increasing profitability via cost & revenue control. You'll be fully responsible for the recruitment, training and development of all your Field Service Engineer's.
