Travel Money Advisor / Sales Consultant The Travel Money Advisor, known externally as a Sales Consultant/ Foreign Exchange Consultant is the driving force of the business, you will be dealing face to face with your customers, assisting them to buy and sell foreign exchange, all whilst providing your clients with exceptional customer service. To know more about our company, visit Personal Specifications: - You must have a passion for listening and interacting with your customers- Ideally have retail, sales or customer service background (foreign currency experience is not essential)- GCSE - maths grade C or above- Numeracy skills (you will need to pass a numeracy test)- Be confident to work in isolation with little to no team interaction- Knowledge of a 2nd language would be an advantage- Have drive, determination and resourcefulness to promote products- Enjoy working to achieve and exceed your targets- Be flexible, this role requires shift work which works on a rotation basis including weekends (there are various shifts: The earliest start time is 08:30 Monday - Friday, latest finish time 20:00. Between 08:30 - 19:00 on Saturday, and between 10:00 - 17:00 on Sunday. Opening hours may be reduced in winter months)- Be able to work in different locations (travel expenses are paid)- Be able to provide a checkable student/work history, plus clear credit and criminal record checks.
