AdministratorTemporary to PermanentImmediate start??18,000 pro rata Bristol (Training in Bath for 2 weeks)Monday to Friday hours: A mix of 8am - 4.30pm / 9am - 5.30pm and (1 week of 11.30am - 7pm per month)This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation in a varied and interesting role where a passion for customer service, empathy and excellent organisation skills are required. You will work in a supportive team and support a Case Manager in all aspects of case administration, customer service and an element of finance. Lovely company ethos and great benefits offered. Day to day responsibilities include;Providing pro-active assistance to Case Managers ensuring the efficient and accurate progression of a case loadCreating and maintaining accurate electronic records for each EA task completedReacting to deadlines to ensure renewal dates and expiry notices are not exceededCreation of letters to clients, asset and liability holders as requiredCollecting monies in and distributing assets by the completion of the appropriate documentation, forms and processesAccurate recording all EA financial transactionsRaising invoices to clients and third partiesReconciliation of client accountsResolving queries on closed filesPayment of expense and liabilitiesProcessing payment of legacies and distributions to assist lead Case ManagerScheduling title deeds and carry out land registry searchesLiaise with asset and liability holders regarding queries and progress of EA tasks Accurately and meticulously follow internal processes and procedures to complete EA tasksEnsure company administration fees are transferred within 24 hoursLiaise with the individual Case Managers to resolve any discrepanciesAssistance with various administrative tasks as required You will work towards;Achievement of agreed SLAsAchievement of objectives set in line with team target for revenue recognitionCustomer satisfactionCompliance with client handling requirementsAdherence to legal and regulatory requirements My client is seeking a proactive individual who will always approach work with a cheerful, positive 'can do' attitude, who works collaboratively with others and has excellent attention to detail and superb multi-tasking / organisational skills.
