Site Manager - (Bristol)

Our client is a leading UK modular build main contractor, they are looking for a Site Manager to run a contract in Bristol, managing the installation of a number of prefabricated units on a School Project. This contract is to start on Tuesday 25th October and will run until Christmas 2016. The successful Site Manager will have experience overseeing new build construction work, preferably in modular build. Responsibilities as Site Manager will include: - Overseeing installation of modular units on site- Health and Safety including RAMS- Quality control of delivery- Reporting into visiting Contracts Manager- Liaising with client & main contractor representatives- Attending Site Meetings- Subcontractor management Experience required: - CSCS (Black Card) / SMSTS / First Aid qualified- Experience working on new build and / or modular construction work- Strong on paperwork / Health & Safety
