Exciting opportunity for a customer focused Customer Service Administrator based in Bridgwater, Somerset. This is a full time opportunity working Monday to Friday with a salary of ??17,000 to ??18,000 PA DOE. The main purpose of this role will be to manage customer requirements while supporting sales, engineering, finance and procurement teams. You will be responsible for managing key accounts ensuring the continued success, development and customer rapport is maintained with the view to increasing sales revenue. Main duties will include; - Processing sales orders by telephone and email. - Data handling. - Liaising with operations and sales for handling enquiries. - Contacting new and existing customers in order to follow up recommendations. - Managing key accounts. - Supporting the sales team with sales literature. - Resolving invoice queries in support of the accounts team. This varied role requires a customer focused candidate with exceptional planning and organisational skills. You will need to be experienced in working in customer service roles with an element of administration and outbound calling activities.
