Due to the company's location a driver with access to their own vehicle living in Taunton, Bridgwater, Glastonbury, Street, Wells, Weston-super-mare, Cheddar and even Bristol will find it easily accessible. This is a perfect opportunity for a keen, conscientious, innovative thinker with the ability to think outside the box. The role would suit a Graduate with some business acumen or someone who has completed a placement year as part of their degree within a similar role. You will need to be able to thrive under pressure, be well organised, articulate and driven to succeed. Your strengths will need to lie in confidence, assertiveness and a high level of professionalism. The role of the Junior Project Manager will include; Maintaining project tasks and managing some projects from start to finish Managing client relationships Providing status reports to clients Managing budgets Providing leadership and direction in project planning and implementation Assisting with leads and potentials and following up enquiries allocated to the project team Assisting in generating of estimates, scopes, documents with the finance team Interpreting briefs Maintaining client billing schedules and budgets Providing project documents Resource planning for project team Providing project reports Being a team player is essential as is the ability to be able to communicate and interact with people at all levels. Due to the nature of the role, the person in this role must be able to think proactively at all times and be able to address problems quickly and effectively. Organisation is also key to this role as it is fast paced and varied. The successful applicant will need to have an understanding of project management, measuring and reporting performance and customer service skills. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with a salary between ??18,000 - ??22,000 depending on experience.
