Desired Experience & or Qualifications

??? Contract management for both Hard & Soft Service
??? Previous service & maintenance experience and / or surveying
??? Control of refurbishment projects or relocation
??? Support & management of multi disciplined work force
??? Selection and management of Specialist contractors
??? Provision of service to commercial premises

Typical Duties

??? Have an understanding of the property industry and how buildings work including technical services.
??? Contract knowledge and standards and the ability to read and understand contractual obligations and resolve scoping issues
??? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide advice, help and support to colleagues in relation to commercial or financial issues
??? Clear understanding of the risk assessments process and inspection process for buildings (ie workplace assessment, fire, life, safety systems)
??? Ability to influence others through collaboration to achieve results, Demonstrate proven customer focus and customer service skills and ability to manage minor projects and works as required
??? Supervises and coordinates the activities of Service Team, Tradesmen, System Representatives, Specialists, and others in the delivery of quality service to customers.
??? Performs service project management within territory by assisting with scheduling, estimating, manpower analysis, material logistics, establishing performance standards, etc.
??? Recruits, hires, and retains Service Team staff. Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports teaming with the appropriate matrix functional manager.
??? Liaise with other members of direct and indirect staff to carry out duties effectively and with minimal disruption.
??? Liaise with the clients, support desk and other department to affect smooth running of the contract.
??? Uphold the integrity of the company at all times
??? Assist in the preparation of company reports, work sheets and support service level agreements and procedures as required
??? Carry out duties within company safety policy and advise line manager of all situations which could effect the safety of people or property

Remuneration Package

Annual Basic Salary circa ??35,000 pro rota (subject to skills, qualifications and experience) for a 37 Hr/wk, 25 days Holidays, Company Pension Scheme Membership, Laptop, Mobile Phone
