Commecial Insurance - Field Sales - ??35-45K DOE - Fast Growing Organisation - M4 Corridor.

Commercial Insurance Sales Experience is Essential for this role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing and well established organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with expert knowledge of the Insurance industry & market.

THE ROLE: ??? To be focused on generating new and maintaining existing business relationships. ??? Promoting the Company and the products and services available, and increase the company's market share through actively visiting Clients. ??? Liaising with new and existing clients, to ensure the Work with senior management effectively cascading information through a sound communication process. ??? Actively contributing to the development of the strategic direction of the organisation and to work collaboratively across the organisation to help achieve corporate objectives and foster an atmosphere of mutual support. ??? Planning and management of personal business portfolio / territory / business according to the market development strategy. ??? Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. ??? Liaising internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable development. ??? To attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

THE CANDIDATE: ??? Previous experience in a similar role. ??? Knowledge of the Insurance industry and market . ??? Excellent time management. ??? Superb Sales & Negotiating skills. ??? Ability to effectively plan and organise personal sales activities in order to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets. ??? Ability to communicate to all stakeholders promoting a professional and positive image of the organisation at all times. ??? Sets high personal standards for achievement and shows determination to meet goals under pressure. ??? Has the flexibility to adapt to changes in the organisational environment and to sustain heavy work demands when necessary. ??? Ideally based in the M4 Corridor.
