My client, a large corporate law firm, with several offices throughout the UK, seeks a bright and confident Secretary to support a new Partner in their stunning Bristol offices... This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful and rapidly growing firm, who like to invest in and develop their staff, whilst offering a strong work-life balance ethos (flexible start / finishing times for example). The ideal candidate will be confident, quick, accurate and able use their initiative. Good knowledge of Word (track changes), Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Experience of diary management. A high level of accuracy when audio typing, speed is not such a great factor, we are looking more for accuracy and attention to detail. A 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills within the role, Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with individuals at different levels of seniority Exceptional organisational skills??? Other occasional duties will include; proof reading, digital filing, invoicing and liaison with Accounts department and working with other secretaries.
