Customer Service Adviser Vacancy

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Adviser to join this award winning building society here in Bath.

They are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their branch network. You will pride yourself on offering exceptional customer service, so a professional and friendly approach to customer relations is essential. A good telephone manner and a desire to build customer relationships and loyalty is also key.

Duties include day to day administrative tasks, data entry, working with till systems, banking transactions, and customer service.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm.

Salary circa ??16k

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English, good computer literacy, as well as experience in a customer-facing role. Previous experience in the financial sector and/or administrative roles is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Motivation, confidence, and a passion for customer service are a prerequisite.

Own transport is desirable but not essential.
