Customer Care representative (shift role)
Connect44 has opening for Customer care representative in Reading, UK people need to live in Reading ad have own vehicle.
Role:
- Taking calls and emails from end customers regarding faults on their network (predominantly within fixed-line/optical transmission networks)
- Log all tickets on the trouble ticketing system for engineers to pick-up and start the fault resolution.
- Ensure tickets are responded to within the set SLAs agreed between our client and the end customers.
