Customer Acquisitions Manager
Role Requirements -
New customer acquisition is a key strategic priority for the business. The purpose of this role is to formulate and execute a strategy to deliver the requisite number of customers across all channels in order to achieve business KPIs (defined in terms of traffic/footfall, conversion, sales and LTV). The role calls for a highly entrepreneurial and commercial individual with a wide-ranging experience of both online and offline acquisition marketing activities.
. Strategic and executional ownership of all customer acquisition activities, instore & online, from concept, test and learn, through to successful delivery and on-going enhancement.
. Delivery of set KPIs: quantitative (new customer traffic volumes/footfall to stores delivered under an agreed CPA threshold conversion, retention levels and LTV) and qualitative.
. Formulate and execute a digital marketing acquisition strategy with the objective of optimising ROIs across existing key channels (SEO/PPC/PLA/Programmatic/Re-targeting/Affiliates) while seeking to exploit new technologies/opportunities as they become available
. Formulate and execute a strategy for social media and content marketing to maximise new customer acquisition through these channels as well as build brand engagement and advocacy.
. Formulate and execute a multi-channel partnership strategy;
P&L responsibility for subscription services; deliver best-in-class suite of services (inc. product, technology, communications etc.) to recruit and retain customers who deliver high LTV;
