By working in partnership with stakeholders to develop & implement training plans which support the delivery of the business strategy & key imperatives, you will be vital to improving the effectiveness of the Human Pharma function. The Training Specialist will lead and co-ordinate the design, development, delivery and evaluation of training interventions for Human Pharma (including pre & post course) to enhance knowledge and skills development which maximises employee potential.
In addition to the above core activities you will also bring new development ideas/tools/resources to the business to ensure the learning and development team evolves to support business/customer needs. To enable success, experience conducting training needs analyses and producing training plans in consultation with relevant stakeholders is essential.
To succeed in this role, experience within Training design & delivery within the pharmaceutical industry (including understanding of the ABPI code and the new NHS structure) with knowledge of training management, needs analysis and evaluation is essential. To accomplish strong cross functional relationships, you will have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills coupled with a self-motivated, proactive and flexible attitude.
