We are looking for an ambitious, people and client focused New Business Manager to join an expanding, unique vibrant hospitality staffing solution company!

Hospitality Industry experience combined with Sales/Client Relationship/Account Management experience is our ideal winning combination for our ideal candidate. Some recruitment experience is also desirable.

Working with some of the very best hospitality brands in London, our client provides quality temporary staff through a revolutionary app.

The role


Work closely with Directors of the business to drive the high growth by identifying, contacting and closing sales with established, leading hotels, restaurants, event caterers and other hospitality companies.
Build long-term partnerships with key decision makers
Achieve high activity levels to hit targets
Qualify inbound leads and enquiries
Test, track and optimise acquisition channels


Our ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a great mix of hospitality Industry experience and Sales/Client Relationship/Account Management experience. Some recruitment experience (ideally temporary) is also desirable.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is driven by growing business through quality client relationships.

You will have high levels of energy and able to think long term as opposed to quick, short lived business wins.

Requirements:


Hospitality Industry experience
Sales/Client Relationship/Account Management experience
High energy levels, motivated by achieving targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation and a positive can do attitude, someone who can work with little direction
Exceptional personal presentation and standards
