The Area Manager Role
As Area Manager, you will be directly responsible for up to 10 sites in the East Sussex area. You will be accountable for General Managers and for setting & achieving financial targets set by the Director. You will be in control in generating additional revenue through precise controls and the training of your managers. With this exciting, challenging role, you will also be required to regularly report to directorship level on all projects under their remit in addition to their standard procedures.

Experience of working within a similar quality-orientated pub & bar services organisation
Confident individual who have passion for what they do and is not afraid to talk out
Experience of managing a dynamic senior team
To be successful in your application you will have been an Operations or Area Manager with a track record of success.
Coming from a branded trade background is key for this role
