E-Marketing Manager (Fixed Term - until Dec 2017)
Due to an internal secondment, Arriva Trains Wales is looking to recruit a key role in its Marketing team, providing 12-month cover for the management of all its digital marketing activity.
This post will involve leading the planning, management, technical/content development, day to day control and analysis & reporting associated with the Arriva Trains Wales website and eCRM programme.
Responsible for a substantial budget, you will manage a variety of marketing projects, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including key contractors, ensuring excellent working relationships are maintained.
Working to clearly-defined targets, you will seek to achieve or exceed these, whilst ensuring a 24/7/365 provision of essential customer service information delivered via digital channels.
Furthermore, you will uphold our legal obligations in relation to Welsh language and will ensure our on-going contractual compliance is maintained.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive marketing experience in a similar role, including the management of information architecture, graphic design & bi-lingual (English & Welsh) content publishing using Ektron 9 or a similar enterprise level website CMS.
In addition, you will have experience of managing a major eCRM programme, alongside experience of managing marketing projects and budget control. You will have excellent analytical capabilities and be comfortable analysing key data and producing reports.
You will also be an excellent communicator, where a minimum basic level of written & spoken Welsh language would be highly desirable. You will also be confident negotiator, who is comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
