Shop Manager - OP1199
Salary: £15,139 to £15,943 per annum
Permanent - 35 hours per week
As Shop Manager for their new Charity shop in Alfreton, Amber Valley, Derbyshire, you will be responsible for managing all shop activities, aiming to achieve set targets and maximising financial contribution to the charity.
They are looking for an individual who is highly self-motivated, positive and resilient and who has previous retail and people management experience. A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, you will have the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people and have good knowledge of the issues relating to recruiting and retaining volunteers.
Assistant Shop Manager – OP1200
Salary £8,087.99 to £8,312.99 per annum
Permanent - 21 hours per week
As Assistant Shop Manager for their new Charity shop in Alfreton, Amber Valley, Derbyshire, you will assist the Shop Manager in managing all shop activities and together, achieve set targets and maximize financial contribution to the charity.
They are looking for an individual who is highly self-motivated, positive and resilient and who has previous retail experience. A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, you will have the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people and be able to work well on your own initiative.
Candidates who have experience of working to income and expenditure targets are highly desirable as are those who have previously worked in the charity retail sector.
